Not what I hoped for

Checked in for one night and wow, I was bummed out. The place felt super run-down and the vibe was just off. Smelled like skunk, seriously! Plus, I couldn't sleep with all the noise from other guests. The staff was friendly but that's about it. At least the bar area was decent.

The service from the staff truly stood out during our visit especially their willingness to accommodate our specific requests. The location is conveniently close to main roads which made our travel easy.

I truly appreciated the easy access to Roche Abbey just over 5 km away, perfect for a scenic walk, and the beautiful Thrybergh Country Park, which is nearly 5 km away, offering stunning views for leisurely strolls. the staff were friendly and the essentials were clean and functional, making it a decent stop for a weekend trip.

the staff on arrival were so welcoming and friendly. the family room was really clean and snug, perfect for our little one to run around outside. comfy beds gave us a great night sleep. loved the little bar/restaurant, it was nice to relax after a long day. having the WiFi details right on the room key was super handy!

the only downside was the small bathroom and the lack of options on the breakfast menu.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home! Our family room was cozy, and the grassy area outside was perfect for my 1-year-old to play. The little bar was a nice bonus too. Just had some trouble with the noisy neighbors who kept us up. a decent stay.

I had a surprisingly restful stay! The bed was super comfy and the room was clean, just don’t expect a lot of space with the pull-out beds. 🤷‍♂️
